This update is due to the Secretary of State’s decision under paragraph 29 of Schedule 4 to the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act to require HMRC to register the goods originating from the USA, which are the subject to ongoing investigations and to which anti-dumping and countervailing amounts may be applied as of 08 July 2025.
You must enter the additional code 8A48 on your import declaration when importing the goods concerned the HVO biodiesel concerned, as they are subject to registration. These goods are imported under the following commodity codes:
