HMI measure – new exemption code added
A new national measure exemption has been introduced to the HMI Certificate of Conformity measure. Traders will be able to use exemption code 920Y when a Certificate of Conformity is not required, when importing or exporting fresh horticultural products for industrial processing, animal feed or other non-food uses.
This applies to goods in chapters 7 and 8.
The new code is usable from 1 July and reads:

AHC measure – new exemption code added
A new national measure exemption 912Y is being added to the Animal Health Certificate measure from 1st July 2023.

Trade remedies – welded tubes and pipes
Definitive anti-dumping duties for welded tubes and pipes imported from the PRC (China) and Belarus also now apply to commodity code 7306307280.
