Update to trade remedies for suspension of anti-dumping duty on certain bicycle parts from China imported by Frog Bikes Limited.
The UK’s definitive anti-dumping measures on certain bicycle parts from China has been amended.
This affects imports by Frog Bikes Limited where the measure is suspended as of 15 September 2023.

Duty suspension footnote updates
Updates have been made to footnote DS331 from 18 September 2023.
The updated description is as follows:
“This Suspension only applies to: Sodium 2-[2-(2-tridecoxyethoxy)ethoxy]ethyl sulphate (CAS RN 25446-78-0) in the form of a liquid paste with a content by weight in water of 62% or more but not more than 65% OR 2,4-Di-tert-butyl-5-nitrophenyl methyl carbonate (CAS RN 873055-55-1) OR 4-fluoro-1,3-dioxolan-2-one (CAS RN 11435-02-8) OR Diethyl carbonate (CAS RN 105-58-8) OR Vinylene carbonate (CAS RN 872-36-6) falling within this commodity code.”
