Update to commodity code coverage for Export Control:
This update is due to the Department for Business and Trade correcting a missing tariff dataset entry in respect of Export Control, measure type 766. Commodity code 8112120000 will have a 999L certificate applied as of 17 November 2023.
Update to commodity code coverage for Third Country Duty:
This update is necessitated by a correction from the Department for Business and Trade, which addresses a previously omitted entry in the tariff dataset concerning measure type 103 – Third Country Duty. As a result of this correction, the commodity codes listed below will be subject to both measure type 103 – Third Country Duty and measure type 105 – Authorised Use at 0%. This change is effective as of 15 November 2023. The following commodity codes are included in the scope of this update:
